We built Tietai because the data existed, and the infrastructure to use it didn't.

For years we watched hospital teams lose hours every week moving information between systems that should already have been connected. The data existed. The infrastructure to use it didn't.

So we built Tietai, the healthcare execution platform. It connects hospital systems, runs governed workflows and puts clinical AI to work under the hospital's control, built in Madrid for European healthcare.

Our name comes from Finnish. Tiet means roads, paths: clinical data should flow between systems, not stay trapped in silos. Sisu is quiet, steady determination in the face of the seemingly impossible, which is how we approach every integration the industry assumes can't be done.
